Once I request payment and the clients do not pay within 24 HOURS (with the small exception of a warning if a small hold is required), the commission request will automatically be CANCELED.

As the artist I still mantain all and absolute rights to my works and I have the rights to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own as well.

Credits to me (@marcymall0w) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

I CAN decline your commission request if I'm NOT confortable if it.

Orders for commercial use will incur a fee of +100% of the final price.

All orders must be paid in advance via Paypal invoice only (currency is USD).

Commissions are not first come, first served and will be selected according Marcy's artistic preferences. They entire effort and heart go into every work in order to deliver the best outcome for customers, so it helps to be inspired while working on your order.

The progress of the commission (sketch with base colors) will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. Please make sure to make all necessary modifications at the sketch stage, any changes at later stages will incur a 25% fee based on the original order price, if I need to redo something bigger, will be charged a 50% fee based on the original order price.

Depending on the order, it can take 2 week to 4 months to finish. Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.

Do not rush or spam me with messages pertaining to your order. Constant messaging is considered harassment and you will be blacklisted from future commissions for violating terms of service. I make a point of LETTING YOU KNOW if you have any problems or unforeseen circumstances involving physical and mental health, you will be the first to know about it.

You'll get full resolution illustration (JPG, PNG, for reff sheet: PSD FILE + all files in PNG).

If I accept your order, I'll contact you and send the invoice to your Paypal email. Once I get the payment, I'll add you to my list of orders in progress (Trello's list).

If I voluntarily add something else to your commission, such as a detailed background, an extra outfit or something like that, I won't be charged, after all, it came from me.

You CAN request a 100% refund if I HAVEN'T started the sketch yet.

You can request a 30% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.

You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.

I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order, or, I can make something for you as a gift for the inconvenience, in case you don't want to cancel the commission.

I DO CUSTONS, they are of the same value as the fullbody or Ref sheet (depends on what you want, the value will not change.), I also give the client the option to give me a theme, choose the colors and let me create the design from what they sent me!

I work well with description/moodboards/pinterest folders.

I don't draw NSFW of crimes, aka harassment, bullying, rape, pedophilia, hate speech in general
